RussetFox is a part service product of The House of Arpi LLC, and any agreements you enter into for paid services are with that entity. Where these terms refer to "we," "us" or "RussetFox," they refer to the RussetFox service operated under that company.

Payments

Paid consultations are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on, or transmitted through, this website. RussetFox receives only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the contact details you provide at checkout.

Data retention & security

This website is served as static content over encrypted HTTPS connections, with no public database or login system attached to it. Form submissions are delivered to us through our hosting provider's form service. We retain inquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, and we take commercially reasonable measures to protect that information.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly to make the site function.
